中型阻力帶 - 卡本內

The color is a nice deep wine tone that doesn’t show dirt, and the fabric grip is solid even when my hands get sweaty. It’s a good step up from the light band without being too intense for home workouts.

I’ve been using this medium resistance band for glute activation before leg day, and the non-slip material really stays put during squats. Helps me feel the burn without rolling down. Already noticing better tone in my hips.

The Cabernet color looks even richer in person, and the band’s medium tension hits that sweet spot for upper-body toning without feeling flimsy. I’ve used it three times a week for a month now and the material still snaps back perfectly with no stretching out.
