中阻力彈力帶 - 海軍藍

After months of skipping arm day, this band gave me that same burn I used to get in the gym, but right in my living room. The medium resistance is spot-on for toning without feeling like it's going to snap, and the fabric stays put during lunges.

The navy color makes it easy to spot in my gym bag, and the fabric texture provides a much better grip than the rubber bands I used before. I’ve already noticed a real difference in my glute activation during squats.

I've been using this band for a few weeks now, and the resistance feels consistent through the whole range of motion. The navy color is a nice change from the usual black, though I wish it came with a carrying pouch for travel.
