中型阻力帶 - 粉藍色

The powder blue color is honestly a nice change from the usual black bands, and the medium resistance gives me just enough tension for toning my arms and shoulders. I've used it three times this week and the band stays put without rolling up.

It’s firm enough to really feel the burn during toning moves, but the powder blue color makes it less intimidating to grab for quick sets. The band stays put without rolling down my legs, which is a nice change.

This band holds up great even during sticky sweat sessions, the powder blue color is a nice change from basic black. I love how the material stays put on my legs without rolling during squats and lunges.
