輕型阻力帶 - 黑色圓點

I've been using these for gentle arm workouts and the polka dot pattern adds a fun touch to my routine. The mislabel as medium didn't bother me since I specifically wanted light resistance, and the material grips well without slipping.

I grabbed these for a lighter warm-up day and the band’s stretch feels just right for that, though the label saying “medium” threw me off at first. The black polka dots are subtle and don’t look cheap like some others I’ve tried.

I was a bit confused by the packaging saying "medium" when these are light bands, but they're perfect for my warm-up routine. The black polka dot design is cute and the resistance is just what I needed for lateral walks.
