核心滑墊 - 象牙白

The ivory color looks clean and doesn’t show dust like my black ones did. They glide really smoothly on my hardwood floor for lunges and planks.

I’ve been using these sliders on my laminate floor and they really help me isolate my core without straining my back. The smooth gliding allows me to flow through exercises I’d normally avoid. They’ve added a nice challenge to my routine.

These glided so smoothly across my hardwood floor that I actually forgot I was working out. The low-impact feel is perfect for my knees, and my core was sore the next day in the best way.
