Hand Weight Bars - Matcha 1kg

The 15.5cm length is perfect for my small hands, and the 1kg weight is just right for adding a gentle challenge to my morning stretches. I love the subtle matcha color—it makes me want to actually use them every day.

The matte finish on these bars gives them a nice grip during my morning pilates, and the 1kg weight is light enough for toning without straining my wrists. They've become my go-to for quick arm exercises while I'm waiting for coffee to brew.

The 1kg bars feel perfectly balanced in my hands during lunges, and the 15.5cm length gives me a solid grip without my fingers cramping. The matcha color is a nice bonus that actually makes me want to leave them out instead of hiding them in a drawer.
