The inner padding makes it much more comfortable to grip than the cheap foam ones I've used before. I've already noticed better muscle activation in my inner thighs during my home sessions.

I was a bit skeptical about resistance rings, but this one surprised me with how sturdy it is without being too stiff. The black finish doesn't show smudges, and the padding on the handles gives a comfortable grip even during longer sessions.

The inner pads are curved just right to keep my grip steady even when my palms get sweaty mid-workout. It’s got enough resistance for a solid squeeze but doesn’t feel flimsy in my hands. I’ve been using it three times a week and it’s held up perfectly so far.
