I was a bit skeptical that cork would be firm enough, but it really digs into tight spots along my back without feeling too harsh on the skin. The compact size makes it easy to toss in my gym bag for post-workout stretching.

The natural cork surface gives just the right amount of grip without being too rough on my skin. I’ve found it really helps work out the tight spots in my shoulders after a long day at my desk.

I've been using this on my calves after long runs and the natural cork doesn't slide around on my wood floor at all. It's firm enough to actually work out knots but the surface feels warm compared to the foam roller I had before. Really happy with it.
