20-22cm Pilates Ball - Almond

I’ve been using this 20cm Pilates ball for core stability work, and the almond finish blends into my home gym decor nicely. The slightly tacky surface gives me enough grip during leg lifts without slipping, and after a month of daily use it still holds air perfectly.

The almond color is such a nice change from the usual bright gym equipment, and it holds its shape well even during intense core workouts.

I've been using this between my knees for pelvic floor exercises and the almond color is actually really nice in person. The 20-22cm size gives just enough resistance without feeling like it's going to pop. Held air fine for a few weeks now.
