코르크 마사지 볼

The cork surface provides just the right amount of grip against my skin without slipping, and it’s firm enough to work out knots in my shoulders without being too hard. I use it before runs to loosen up tight spots, and I’ve noticed a real difference in my range of motion.

Firm enough to dig deep into my glutes after deadlifts, yet the smooth cork doesn't bruise my back when I roll out my spine. I keep one in my gym bag and one by my desk now.

Rolled this under my feet after long runs and it works way better than my old tennis ball for getting into tight spots. The cork has just enough grip that it doesn't slide around on the floor.
