I was skeptical at first, but the smooth gliding on my hardwood floors really helped me feel the burn in my abs without any joint strain. They slide just enough to challenge my core stability but stay controlled.

Finally, a slider that glides smoothly on my laminate floor without scratching it. The non-marking material means I can do lunges and pikes during my lunch break without damaging the surface.

I've been using these on carpet and hardwood and they slide the same on both, which surprised me. My core is sore in a good way after just a few sessions, and I like that it's low-impact on my knees.
