20-22cm Pilates Ball - Chrome

The chrome finish not only looks sleek in my home gym but also feels sturdy during exercises. It's noticeably more stable than my old mat, and I've already noticed better balance in just a week of using it for flexibility drills.

I’ve been using this ball for core work and balance drills three times a week, and the 20-22cm size is perfect for targeting smaller stabilizing muscles without taking up much floor space. The chrome surface feels smooth and sturdy, and after a month of sweaty sessions it still looks as good as new.

Balance work finally feels doable with this under my lower back during hip bridges. The 20cm size fits my small frame well and the surface has enough grip that it doesn't shoot across the floor mid-rep. Solid little addition to my home routine.
