شريط مقاومة متوسط - عاجي

I've been using this ivory band for glute bridges and it stays in place without rolling up, which is a huge plus. The medium tension gives just enough resistance for toning without feeling too stiff on the joints.

The color is a nice change from the usual black, and the band holds its shape even after a few sessions. I’ve been using it for toning drills and the material feels soft against my skin, so no irritation at all.

This band is seriously comfortable to grip, even when I'm mid-sweat and pushing through the last few reps. The medium tension feels just right for toning my arms and shoulders without being too punishing. Definitely getting my money's worth.
