Curved Weight Bars - Soft Pink 1kg

The curved shape fits perfectly in my hand during Pilates, making each movement feel more controlled. At 1kg, they're light enough for toning exercises without straining my wrists.

The curved grip fits my palms perfectly during yoga flows, making those tiny muscle movements feel intentional rather than clumsy. I've already noticed a difference in my arm tone from just using them three times a week.

I bought these 1kg bars for light resistance work during my stretching routine, and the weight is perfect for adding just a bit of challenge without strain. The ergonomic curve makes them easy to hold through flowing sequences, no slipping or grip fatigue.
