منزلقات كور - لوزي

I’ve been using them for glute bridges and sliding lunges, and the smooth gliding action on my laminate floor feels really controlled. They’re thin but sturdy enough to handle my full weight without bunching up.

I've been using these on my carpet for planks and mountain climbers and they glide way smoother than I expected. The almond color is nicer in person too. My shoulders used to ache during ab work but the low-impact sliding takes a lot of that strain off.

Took these to my pilates class and they glide smoothly on the hardwood floor, which was a nice surprise. Only wish the almond color were a bit more vibrant in person, but they work well for core work.
