20-22cm Pilates Ball - Cabernet

The cabernet color is rich enough to make it feel like a proper piece of studio gear, not a toy. It holds its shape well during seated twists, and the 20-22cm size is perfect for squeezing between my knees without slipping.

I’ve been using this 20-22cm ball for core work and it holds up great even on hardwood floors—the texture gives just enough grip. The Cabernet shade is deeper than I expected and looks nice in my living room. Definitely helping my balance and flexibility improve.

Didn't expect to use this thing daily, but it's become my go-to for pelvic tilts and inner thigh squeezes between meetings. The cabernet color is a nice change from the usual boring blue, and it holds air well after a few weeks.
